Parking Authority
The Wellsboro Parking Authority is a 5 member Authority that was put in place to procure financing for the Pearl Street Parking lot. The Borough of Wellsboro is responsible for maintenance and lighting of the lot. The Parking Authority meets on the first Thursday of the Month at 11:00 a.m. in the Council meeting room of the Borough Office at 14 Crafton Street.
